Home Remodeling Process You may be wondering “Where do I even start?” and “How do I make sure I choose the right home remodeling company?” “What are the first steps?” since planning a home remodel can seem overwhelming, we feel it’s important that you not only choose a company with a proven process but that you also understand the process. Our goal at Apex Custom Remodeling is to make the home remodeling experience enjoyable, and we have designed systems to support a common goal: peace of mind remodeling because you and your home deserve it.

Discovery

Let’s get to know each other. During this step, we will mutually decide if we are a good fit for one another, gain an understanding of your project motives, and give you an accurate picture of what it looks like to work with Apex Custom Remodeling.

Design

Through in person meetings and our online project management system, we will design and dream together. This phase allows us to understand more fully your lifestyle. Multiple design reviews, and the selections process allow us to arrive at a fixed cost project proposal.

Plan

During the planning phase, Apex Custom Remodeling will do behind the scenes prep for the start of your project. Application for building permits, preparation of on-site crews, and the pre-construction meeting all help us prepare for being a respectful long-term guest in your home.

Build

A Apex Custom Remodeling Lead Carpenter will be assigned to your project ONLY and will become a daily guest in your home. Through daily communication, client accessible job logs, and bi-weekly site meetings, we will guide you and your home through the build process until complete.

Warranty

After your home remodel is finished, you'll want to keep track of all the products we've installed. We'll give you a detailed record book for this and offer a warranty period during which we'll help you start taking care of the remodeled portion of your home.
